GENERAL SUMMARY :

Seminole Office Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Major Account Executive (SLED) in the Orlando, FL area. We are looking for an experience major account executive responsible for selling a range of business technology solutions to the government and education verticals. The ideal candidate will focus on managing a well-established client base in the SLED vertical while also seeking out new growth opportunities and generating new sales leads. This is a career opportunity with an established, respected company in the office technology industry. We offer a base salary plus uncapped commission, 401K, medical and dental benefits. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain client relationships within the state & local government and education verticals
  • Prospect new SLED clients through cold and warm lead generation, presenting and selling imaging hardware and document capture / business automation solutions.
  • Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota.
  • Understand client needs and align products and services to business opportunities.
  • Develop strong client relationships and deliver high levels of client care.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, product demonstrations, coordinate terms of sale, and provide client training.
  • Generate and qualify leads daily, manage a pipeline of prospects, and update CRM with notes, tasks, and secured opportunities.
  • Conduct professional meetings and presentations, drop in to offices with marketing collateral, and ensure excellent communication with team and clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share strategies and ensure company culture extends to prospects and clients.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 or more years of experience selling to government and major accounts
  • B2B sales experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve quotas.
  • Strong client-facing skills with effective consultative upselling to established accounts
  • Fearless cold calling, prospecting, and strong business acumen in achieving sales quotas and closing sales.
  • Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Process-focused, detail-oriented, and efficiency-driven.
  • Resourceful, creative, and works well within a small team.
  • Views objections as exciting challenges.
  • Open, honest, and direct in giving and receiving feedback.
  • Strong alignment with company values.

  • SALARY

  • Base salary uncapped commissions. Earning potential upwards of $100k or more for successful reps with proper work ethic, drive and sales acumen.
