What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Credit Leasing Consultant position at Seminole Trail Management LLC?
Our apartment community needs to fill an opening for the position of Leasing Consultant. As a Leasing Consultant, you will become the face of our property and a key point of contact between the management office and our current and prospective residents. We’re looking for an outgoing individual who has previous leasing/customer service experience and can offer unmatched service to our residents. You will work alongside another Leasing Agent and a team of maintenance professionals.
We offer medical, dental, vision and life insurance after 60 days of employment, and matching 401K, 3% after 1 year of service.
Leasing Agent responsibilities:
Meet with prospective renters and take them on tours
Prepare and execute leases/renewals in accordance with our property standards and regulations
Conduct credit checks and other background tasks to qualify potential residents
Collect application fees, security depots and rent payments
Coordinate with property maintenance
Follow up with prospective residents
Establish rapport with tenants and provide excellent service
Establish and maintained office files within company guidelines
Take an active role in maintaining good resident-front office relations
Update advertisements and websites/social media
Perform marketing and outreach on a weekly basis to achieve occupancy goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
