The Seminole Tribe of Florida's Elder Services Department is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our elder community through engaging programs, exceptional services, and compassionate support. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Elder Services program at the Brighton Reservation.

Position Summary
The incumbent in this position is responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day operation of a designed site for Elder Services’ program within the Seminole Tribe of Florida. The individual plans, manages, supervises, coordinates and implements senior and social service programs designed to meet the needs of the Senior/ Elder Tribal community, ensuring the provision of departmental services through excellent customer service and compliance with STOF’s policies. The incumbent manages and supervises assigned staff and/or contractors as designated by the Director. Functions as an advocate for the program; assists in responding and resolving any program issues. Incumbent performs tasks with autonomy and makes independent judgments within established STOF’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing and/or supervising a community program or working in similar area is required; or an equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered. Knowledge of the Elder Services’ management program and processes, concepts, practices and procedures is required. Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments. Individual must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
