Position Overview:

We are seeking a team player to assist our advisors in delivering outstanding client service while managing the movement of money between custodians. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent phone skills, in-person presentation, and experience in processing paperwork within a financial investment company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with advisors, clients, and financial institutions to facilitate account transfers and funding.
- Ensure accurate data management and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Process new account paperwork, including account openings, transfers, and database updates.
- Maintain client files and ensure data integrity in CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional client service through phone and in-person interactions.
- Monitor and manage the progress of asset transfers and verify funding methods.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation for client meetings.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, including updating CRM systems and ensuring all required forms are completed accurately.
- Support advisors by scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and following up on outstanding requirements.
- Handle incoming checks for submission and ensure proper processing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in processing paperwork within a financial investment company is required.
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in managing data accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to present confidently to clients.
- Experience with CRM systems and financial software is preferred.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
