Job Overview
We are seeking a candidate for the position of General Accountant . In this role, you will provide financial analysis and support payroll, and cash management functions while also performing additional accounting tasks as part of an effective team. We require a minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience.
Duties
- Preparation and filing of weekly, monthly and annual payroll filing.
- Maintain, Reconcile and Analyze General Ledger Accounts
- Oversee and Review Weekly Payroll Processing and Tax Reporting
- Perform Monthly Bank Account Reconciliations and maintain Fixed Asset.
- Support Month-End Close with Financial Analysis
- Complete month end reconciliation of Balance sheet accounts.
- Complete month bank reconciliation
Skills
- Accounting/Finance Degree
- Knowledge of General Ledger, and Financial Accounting
- Familiarity of Payroll and Payroll Taxes
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong Organizational and Interpersonal Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
