We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team! As a Treatment Plan Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive patient experience by creating and presenting treatment plans, coordinating care with dentists, and ensuring clear communication with patients about their dental needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, clearly explaining procedures, costs, and insurance coverage.
- Coordinate care with dentists, scheduling appointments, and ensuring all necessary information is available for each patient's visit.
- Effectively communicate with patients in both English and Spanish, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing clear explanations about treatment options.
- Obtain patient insurance information, verify coverage, and handle insurance pre-authorizations.
- Ensure all treatment plans and patient records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment by collaborating effectively with the dental team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dental treatment plan coordination or a related field.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and explain complex dental procedures in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software is a plus.
