Position:

Mitigation/Remediation Project Manager

Job Description

* Inspect, Scope, Document and Sign New Projects

* Send Estimates to Customers

* Manage and Communicate Relevant Information to Office Administration/Crews

* Conduct Quality Control Measures of Job Sites

* Conduct Customer Follow Ups

* Conduct a Monthly Training for Crew Chiefs/Technicians

* Formulate Daily Reports to submit to Operations Manager for Status of Jobs that are in Production/Pending

* Hold Crews Accountable for Mishaps on Job Sites

Compensation/Benefits:

* $90,000 - 150,000 Per Year (Salary Commission

Requirements:

* IICRC WRT Certification

* 3 Years of Industry Experience

* Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record

* Ability to Respond/Communicate with Customers After Hours/Weekends

* Ability to Rotate After Hours/Weekend Shifts

* Ability to Solve Problems in a Fast-Paced Environment

* Willingness to Serve Customers

* Positive Attitude

* Willingness to Learn

Preferred (We will send the right candidate to these courses)

* IICRC ASD/AMRT/HST Certifications

* Asbestos Inspector

* RRP Lead

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
