Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential referring partners. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with other local contractors to create referral avenues for the company. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about driving sales growth.
Duties
- Daily Responsibilities & Expectations
- 5 Route stops (current referrer relationships)
- 5 Hunting stops (cold calls)
- 20 logged activities
- Notes & Follow-up in the Luxor CRM system completed (immediately after each stop)
- Communicate with the referring party on the referrals that have been sent within 24 hours of referral
- Prepare route plan for the following week by Friday close of business.
Monthly Responsibilities & Expectations
- 4 Events Minimum month
- 2 new referring parties
- 8 new contacts
- 3 meetings with decision makers who oversee their plumbing operations within the targeted plumbing company.
- Identify 10 new companies / contacts to target for the following month that have not engaged with the company as a referrer
- Meet or exceed your communicated monthly referral goals
- Provide a plan for the following month’s growth including explanation for any assigned contact that does not have a quality activity logged into the CRM system for the past 30 days
Additional Responsibilities
- Prep for weekly marketing meeting with General Manager
- Be prepared with your KPIs from the prior week and ready to discuss:
- Key conversations – targeted referral sources
- New referral sources for the week
- What do you need help with?
- Opportunity movements
- Upcoming goals for the week
- Commitments for the week
- Take pictures of all events for company website, social media and or promotional materials

Pay: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
