About the Opportunity:
We’re seeking a dynamic, motivated, and positive Sales Manager to join our growing team in Greenville, SC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional with a background in residential remodeling or construction who thrives in a people-focused environment.
You’ll take the lead on project development and sales initiatives, driving our business growth and cultivating strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local businesses. We need a strong prospector — someone who’s excited to actively generate leads, close deals, and be part of a company focused on delivering high-quality remodeling projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop residential remodeling projects from initial concept to project signing
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, with a goal of selling $3 million in residential remodeling projects annually.
- Build and manage your personal sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Actively participate in networking events such as Chamber of Commerce meetings, Home Builders Association gatherings, and other local opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
- Effectively utilize software tools including Microsoft Office, JobTread, Matterport, and other platforms for project planning, estimating, and reporting.
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment while maintaining high emotional intelligence in all team and client interactions.
- Manage time and resources efficiently to meet deadlines, sales goals, and project timelines.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the local market, regulations, and community dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience with a successful track record in prospecting, closing deals, and building relationships.
- Background in residential remodeling or construction is strongly preferred.
- You must hold a valid driver’s license.
- Strong networking connections and business relationships within the Greenville, SC area are a plus.
- Willingness to commute to Black Mountain, North Carolina for initial training and mentorship.
Compensation:
- Compensation: After completing a paid training period, this role moves to a commission-based earnings structure.
- Total compensation is expected to range from $70,000 to $142,000 annually, depending on individual performance. For example, achieving a sales goal of $3 million would result in an approximate total compensation of $142,000.
