Job description :
Semper Fi is currently looking for an experienced talented and versatile Inside Sales Representative to join the team! This position is a high paced challenging position.
Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring all the sales leads and opened quotes coming from our Service Departments.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) :
- Make sales calls to customers to provide HVAC replacement estimates
- Commitment to rigorous follow-up and lead tracking process
- Run sales calls on nights and weekends as dictated by customer requirements
- Follow up with older leads to asses interest level of potential customers
- Following-up on quotes provided by service technicians
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years Inside sales / phone sales experience
- Preferred 2 Years HVAC inside sales experience
- Ability to meet specific time constraints
- Self starters that are money motivated go getters thrive in this position
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay motivated, Keep a positive attitude, and be adaptable
- Bilingual is a plus!
