What You’ll Do :
- Originate and Process Loans : Handle applications from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Client Advisory : Guide clients through their home loan options, helping them make informed decisions.
- Review and Compliance : Ensure all loan application files meet our high standards for data completeness and accuracy.
- Problem Solving : Manage the entire loan process, addressing any discrepancies or issues with title or documentation.
- CRM Mastery : Use CRM systems to keep track of leads and manage your pipeline effectively.
- Build Relationships : Cold-call and network to forge new referral partnerships with realtors, financial advisors, and other key players.
- Additional Duties : Handle other tasks as needed to support our team and clients.
What We’re Looking For :
- Licensed and Ready : Active NMLS license in good standing.
- Proven Track Record : Must fund at least 1 loan per month through referral partners.
- Experience : Minimum of 2 years as an outside loan originator.
- Education : High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Skills : Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Motivation : Self-starter with strong ethics and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
