Job Summary


The Client Service Representative is responsible for managing and responding to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints on social media platforms. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, monitoring brand reputation, and escalating issues to the appropriate departments.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Monitor social media platforms for customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to customers through social media channels, text, email, or phone calls.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Make contact with warm leads on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Document customer interactions in a clear and concise manner in the customer database.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity metrics.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on product information, customer service techniques, and company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education and Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: Bilingual.
  • Previous experience in call center or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries and comments while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays.
