Semper Solaris is an established solar & roofing organization is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Warehouse Supervisor to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of a warehouse, including receiving, storing and distrusting products or materials at our Manteca branch. Supervising a team of warehouse employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently and on time. They must also maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications :
Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse employees.Demonstrated success in the effective management of multiple solar warehouses, with the ability to assume operational control when necessary.Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse, including receiving storing counting and shipping products or materials.Manage warehouse and company physical assets including but not limited to :Safety EquipmentForklift, fleet vehicles racking.Maintaining accurate inventoryCollaborate with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.Provide daily reports and update to Inventory Manager.Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, security, and productivity.Performs other duties as assigned.Pay Rate : $65k-$75k annually depending on experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities for the warehouse staff and operations in Los Angeles.Accomplishes department objectives.Implements and enforces departmental systems, policies, and procedures.Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organizational standards and adhering to legal regulations.Required Skills / Abilities :
Must be familiar with solar materials (panels, tile hooks, tilt scales, strut applications, etc.)Ability to ready plans (blueprints) and use deductive reasoning to create lists of required materials for jobs.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent / related software. High computer literacy-experience with Word, Excel Outlook, and Office 365.Exhibits unquestionable integrity and work ethic.Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)2-5 years or of management experienceOne (1) or more years of warehouse experience working with Solar.Certified forklift driverMust possess a valid California driver's license and a minimum of 2 years driving for a company.Experience with warehouse management software and inventory tracking systems preferred NetSuite.Physical Requirements :
