Overview :
Semper Valens Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support our organization in the Washington DC areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal contracting, program management, and business development. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing federal contracts, while also contributing to the organization's business development and capture activities in the Washington DC area.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate program and project teams on federal contracts.
- Ensure that program and project milestones and deliverables are met on time, per quality standard, and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and contractual requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including within government agencies and potential and current industry partners.
- Participate in proposal development efforts, including contributing to proposal volumes by writing compelling content.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the federal sector.
