Crew Member Responsibilities:
- Execute sales presentations to prospective customers
- Promote special deals or promotions
- Help meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay informed about the products/services being offered & explain features, benefits, and usage to customers
- Offer product recommendations and upsell where possible
- Handle complaints or issues with a helpful and professional attitude
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads
Crew Member Preferred Skils:
- The ability to think on your feet and problem solve with confidence
- A comfortability working directly with people, both customers and team members
- A natural ability to take on leadership roles and responsibilities
- A positive attitude and a desire to grow within the company
- Prior experience in sports is a plus!
Crew Member Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least some prior experience working in a customer facing role
- Able to work full-time hours
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to travel locally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
