Wireless Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales goals by promoting our clients wireless products and services to prospective customers
- Have a thoughtful understanding of our clients products and services, key features, benefits and how to build value with the products being sold
- Engage with customers to develop an understanding of their individual needs and recommend the products and services to close the sale
- Ensure accurate information is obtained during the enrollment process and maintain customer privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns that may arise
- Other duties may be assigned
Wireless Sales Associate Preferred Skils:
- The ability to think on your feet and problem solve with confidence
- A comfortability working directly with people, both customers and team members
- A natural ability to take on leadership roles and responsibilities
- A positive attitude and a desire to grow within the company
Wireless Sales Associate Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least some prior experience working in a customer facing role
- Able to work full-time hours
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to travel locally
