HR Manager – Newnan, GA (USA)

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR administration and payroll, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Act as a trusted HR business partner, supporting managers and employees across various functions.
• Lead employee relations, drive engagement initiatives, and foster a transparent workplace culture.
• Manage the performance management cycle, talent development, and succession planning.
• Drive recruitment efforts, workforce planning, and headcount budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations, audits, and reporting requirements.
• Support Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and contribute to cultural transformation.
  
  

Your Profile:

• 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in an international or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices.
• Effective and pro-active stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for people development.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
