This position requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Creates and implements tailored sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories.
- Conducts market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluates their capabilities and then assists within the supplier enablement process.
- Reviews system generated purchase requisitions for products and services demands, generates Purchase Orders against established contracts or master agreements executed.
- Executes MSAs, PSAs, EULAs, SaaS Agreements, and Global Agreements, amendments, change orders, evaluates proposals, negotiates terms and conditions, best prices, payment terms to deliver cost savings.
- Leads RFx processes including Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
- Provides general support to the Shared Services organization as needed.
- Represents Voice of the Customer requirements from internal stakeholders to ensure procurement process alignment and certainty of outcome.
- Adheres to best procurement practices and corporate policies and procedures.
- Provides day-to-day management of assigned shared services category activities when applicable.
- Monitors spend and budgets in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Monitors execution of contracted agreements through key performance indicators and ensuring compliance to applicable terms and conditions.
- Conducts and collaborates with spend analysis, market/vendor research and supplier relationship management activities as needed.
- Collaborates with other members of the Shared Services organization as needed to share lessons learned, best practices, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 5 years of related experience (strategic sourcing, category management and supplier management) or equivalent training and/or experience required.
- Experience in conducting RFx (Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)) process and negotiations.
- Solid quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in team setting and support change management within organization.
- Self-starter with good interpersonal skills.
- Experience in post award contract management as described in this document.
- CPSM, CSM, CPSD, CPIM and / or CSCP certification(s) preferred.
