Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Fabricate components as needed for repairs or enhancements to existing systems.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
- Conduct residential painting tasks as part of facility upkeep.
- Operate logic controllers for automation processes within the facility.
- Execute welding tasks as required for equipment repair or fabrication.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance.
- Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in industrial settings.
- Ability to read and understand schematics related to electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience in welding is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic skills in residential painting are a plus.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
