Job Summary :
Searching for a talented semiconductor Applications Manager and Product Definer with direct experience related to sensing devices (capacitive, magnetic / hall) in automotive, industrial or consumer applications.
Responsibilities :
- Lead applications team and manage priorities to align with company goals. (10%)
- Define next generation products (specs, features, etc) based on future customer needs, innovative ideas, competitive analysis, regulatory trends, marketing and R&D inputs, cost constraints, etc. (30%)
- Generate and update marketing definition and datasheet. (10%)
- Work closely with R&D throughout the design phase and until production release to address any definition-related topic. (20%)
- Prepare technical training and promotional material to ensure new product success. (10%)
- Hold technical training to sales / reps / distis / partners worldwide. (10%)
- Visit key customers to understand their challenges / needs and promote new products. (10%)

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $91,000 - $143,000. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to : job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee's total compensation package.
