Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by CNAs in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Unit Manager to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
· Providing direct nursing care to the residents
· Managing emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner
· Maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records
· Completing medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents
Qualifications
- One must possess a Practical Nursing License to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Have a friendly disposition and lives under the motto of going the extra mile for coworkers and residents alike.
