Position Summary Contribute to all aspects of the production process, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to company quality standards of customer orders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with various manufacturing duties, including but not limited to: material staging, production, quality control, and shipping.
- Direct orders to the appropriate department throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct quality inspections at each production stage to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Perform all production duties as directed by production leadership dependent on daily operational demands.
- Operate a forklift to store/move materials as needed.
- Ability to complete implied tasks to perform necessary job functions
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the manufacturing process
- Attention to detail
- Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices
- Ability to keep and maintain a clean, safe working environment
- Able to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours per shift
