As a Project Manager at SendCutSend, you will oversee the successful execution of diverse projects across various departments. What you’ll do:
- Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they’re delivered on time and within budget
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines
- Monitor project progress, spot potential roadblocks, and come up with solutions to mitigate issues
- Communication between departments to keep everyone aligned and in the loop
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize projects based on company goals
- Use project management tools to track and report performance
- Engage with vendors and contractors, reviewing quotes, contracts to guide stakeholders during planning phases
- Projects will range from planning installation of new equipment, new SendCutSend services, new manufacturing processes, and efforts to increase efficiencies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Project Management, or related field preferred.
- PMP certification is preferred
- At least 3 years of hands-on project management experience
- Proven track record of managing projects in a fast-paced setting
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g. Google Suite, MS Project, MS Office)
- Ability to juggle projects while meeting deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with a knack for finding proactive solutions
- Familiarity with manufacturing, marketing, software, compliance, or facilities and operations is a bonus.
