Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Subaru Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to engage clients effectively and drive business growth. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your role will involve both inside and outside sales activities, including cold calling and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
• Engage in outside sales efforts to promote products and services in the community.

Skills

• Familiarity with retail math concepts for effective sales transactions.
• Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing sales records and inventory data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
