Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with a passion for the automotive industry. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, assist with inspections in order to get vehicles front line ready and ensuring customers receive exceptional service while meeting their automotive needs.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations for vehicles.
- Inspecting and checking cars in when they show up at the dealership to access damage and cosmetic parts they need to be front line ready.
- Monitor inventory and report any issues
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options to potential buyers.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, following up with leads and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Utilize dealership software to track sales activities, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall dealership performance and customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position our vehicles in the market.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Proven experience in sales management or retail sales; experience in outbound sales is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficient in using software tools for managing sales processes and customer information.
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining a positive relationship with customers.
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not required.
