We are looking for a Front-End Lead to assist in overseeing front-end operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting cashier and bagger staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-end staff, ensuring efficient checkout and customer satisfaction
- Assist with store accounting, including balancing registers and processing deposits
- Monitor and adjust front-end coverage based on customer volume
- Train and support employees, addressing performance and disciplinary matters
- Handle customer service needs, refunds, and phone inquiries
- Maintain front-end cleanliness, organization, and security procedures
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
