Job Summary
The Customer Service Bagger will be responsible for modeling and promoting Sendik’s culture by consistently providing “best in class” service to our guests. The main responsibility as a Bagger will be to efficiently, accurately and delicately bag our customers’ groceries. In addition, the Bagger will assist with gathering carts and baskets, as well as maintaining a neat and organized space.

Work Experience
Duties/Responsibilities
- Serve customers while modeling Sendik’s culture and providing “best in class” customer service, which includes, greeting, engaging, delighting and thanking every guest for their business
- Engaging with customers in order to customize their bagging requests and preferences
- Accurately and efficiently bag groceries while maintaining the integrity of the items
- Assist customers with carry-out and car-side deliveries
- Assist with gathering carts and baskets as needed
- Assist with the training and mentoring of new associates in Customer Service
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety/sanitation regulations and procedures
- Assist with all other Customer Service duties as needed
