Job Summary
As part of the Seafood Commissary team you will help create our top shelf products for our 18 store locations by smoking seafood, seasoning, and shipping to ensure quality and freshness in a large capacity. You will be joining a team that will be using large scale smoking and wrapping equipment as well as fish filleting and processing including filleting whole fresh fish ranging in size as large as ocean fish (Swordfish) to small fish like lake fish (Perch) while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Work Experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age due to required operation of equipment
- Ability to work at a fast paced and efficient manner
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, push/pull for extended periods of time
- Ability to break down large pallets of products
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of Food Safety Regulations
