The Wraparound approach focuses on supporting children by enhancing natural resources within their families and communities so that they can live in the least restrictive, most family-like setting possible. Services are primarily held in the community: in families’ homes, group homes, foster homes, schools, etc.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate Child and Family Planning Meetings, including preparation, coordination, note-taking, and documentation
- Manage cases and coordinate care with county and community partners
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including mental health notes, Wrap Action Plans, and incident reports
- Provide crisis management and behavioral interventions as needed, including physical management when necessary
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions
- Adhere to clinical best practices and complete required documentation
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
- Participate in on-call emergency response
REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling/Psychology/Social Work
- Must be eligible for MHRS certification (4 years of experience providing services in a mental health setting)
- Be part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled with supervisor ahead of time
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evening hours as needed
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policy
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
- Proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination
- Bilingual Spanish skill set
- Experience implementing family-focused wraparound services
- Strong organizational, time-management, and critical-thinking skills
- Accuracy in documenting mental health notes, outcome measures, and incident reports
- Proficiency in discussing treatment goals and progress with clients and caregivers
- Full-time; Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
- Hybrid; provide in-person services & complete documentation remotely
- Starting at $33.82 - $36.32 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam
- Salary increases each year
