Key Responsibilities
- Tax Preparation and Filing
- Accurately prepare and file individual and business tax returns following federal and state regulations.
- Client Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service, address client inquiries, and articulate intricate tax issues in understandable terms.
- Tax Research
- Conduct thorough research on challenging tax matters, ensuring compliance and effective resolutions.
- Record Keeping
- Uphold client privacy, securely managing information, and meticulously documenting tax preparation activities.
- Compliance
- Remain informed on tax legislation, pursuing continuing education as necessary to ensure adherence to all laws.
- Consulting
- Offer advice on tax planning and financial decisions that may impact the client’s tax situation.
