Great Hill is seeking a Logistics Planner at Camp H. Smith in Halawa, HI. The objective of this work is to support the evaluation and development of practices and procedures with data related management to support Combatant Commands in determining real time, mission critical decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Developing, testing, and evaluating tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) comprised of JSN (Joint Sustainment Network) procedures, data architecture, and decision processes that will enable Combatant Commands to see, understand, direct, and synchronize theater sustainment operations.

Basic Qualifications :

• Understanding of the Joint Planning Process enabling planning for the mobilization, deployment, employment, sustainment, redeployment, and demobilization of joint forces.
• Experience at Combatant Command or Service Component level reviewing operational plans in order to validate requirements, critical logistics assets, and services needed; while understanding the mission requirements, sustainment capabilities, and sustainment shortfalls.
• Experience accessing strategic logistics information to provide an accurate picture of the logistics environment to facilitate timely resource-informed decision making.
• Experience incorporating both uniformed (organic) as well as other sources of support (civil augmentation programs, contracted support, inter-Service support agreements, host nation support, and acquisition and cross-servicing agreements) in addition to other US Government department and agency stakeholders.
• Requires 9 to 12 years of experience in logistics planning and analysis.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.
