Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our government client in Ft. Belvoir. This position requires an active secret clearance.
Job Description:
The position of Customer Service Representative is a vital role in the CHESS office. The mission of CHESS is to serve as the Army's primary source for IT computer hardware, software and services.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Receive, route and respond to customer requests by email, phone, and messaging platform
- Assist customers with navigating the CHESS IT e-mart website
- Enter data into the CHESS Helpdesk tool
- Compile helpdesk data in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Request updates to the CHESS IT e-mart website and FAQs as needed
- Provide input to CHESS IT e-mart updates
- Resolve requests for assistance and SoNA submittals
- Highlight consistent end-user problems within the online CHESS IT e-mart portal and develop solutions to help reduce the number of inquiries of specific issues
Minimum Qualifications (Education and Skills)
- Secret security clearance
- 4 years of experience in helpdesk, communication or customer service environment
- DoD/Army experience preferred
- BA/BS preferred - 4 years of experience can be used as a substitute for degree
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
