Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Joint / Maritime Operations SME to provide expertise in multi-domain maritime operations, targeting, and command and control (C2). This role will be based at USINDOPACOM, Camp Smith, HI, and will support operational assessment and test execution.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and refine joint targeting processes and maritime targeting and engagement processes within the test framework.
- Provide operational insights into fleet-level command and control, joint fires integration, and combat planning.
- Assess the effectiveness of operational processes and recommend improvements based on real-world joint and coalition operations.
- Support the alignment of test outputs with joint force maritime strategies, distributed operations, and long-range fires initiatives.
- Collaborate with warfighters and operational units to integrate test findings into joint doctrine and tactical development.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in joint operations planning, maritime targeting, and operational execution at the fleet or numbered staff level.
- Strong understanding of DoD net-centric warfare efforts and integration of CJADC2 and Project Overmatch capabilities.
- Experience working in a Maritime Operations Center (MOC) or Joint Operations Center (JOC).
- Background in combat planning, joint targeting, and ISR integration within high-end combat environments.
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
