Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Task Manager / Test Planner to lead test planning and execution efforts at Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon, NV. This role involves direct coordination with the Test Director (TD) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to manage schedules, deliverables, and test execution activities. The selected candidate will oversee the development of test plans, test products, and final reports, ensuring compliance with the Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) Program standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight for test planning, ensuring alignment with the Project Test Plan (PTP) and JT&E guidelines.
- Develop test scenarios, test concept documents, and final reports while ensuring compliance with test execution timelines.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders and contract teams to maintain progress across all phases of test execution.
- Supervise risk mitigation strategies and oversee test resource allocation.
- Support TTP development efforts and assist in refining operational CONOPS for multi-domain operations.
Qualifications:
- 8 year of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary test teams in a Joint Test & Evaluation (JT&E) or operational testing environment.
- Expertise in test execution, project management, and research planning for large-scale military operations.
- Strong background in developing and overseeing TTPs, test plans, and operational test strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple command echelons.
- Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
