Great Hill Solutions is looking to hire an experienced Pakistan Case Liaison ready to support a dynamic cutting edge program. The Data Administrator is responsible for providing outreach services to American and Afghan citizens in Afghanistan who qualify to travel to the United States and or to alternative countries. The successful representative will address issues/correspondence with high levels of confidentiality while maintaining information security during all stages of the outreach process. The ideal candidate for this role must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and possess outstanding communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.

This position will be a DC based position with 50% TDY travel of 2-4 weeks at a time. This position may become a permanent OCONUS position based on the needs of the client.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure use of systems follow agreed upon policies and procedures set forth by DOS
- Leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems
- Provide technical assessments, written documentation and technical expertise (Hands-on experience documenting technical designs and UAT scripts)
- Communicate with the customer in technical/non-technical terms
- Work on continuous system improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team
- Coordinate with Data Managers and ServiceNow Support concerning strategies and technical aspects of application migrations
- Advise internal management and stakeholders on options, risk, and impacts on technical solutions and technical architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience/ combination of education and experience
- US citizenship with an Active Secret Security Clearance or Higher
- Current US passport, not expiring in the next 6 months
- Working knowledge and experience with application development and migration strategies
- 3 years of experience as a key technical development resource for large scale ServiceNow developed solutions in client environments
- Ability to meet the expectations and requirements of the internal customers and senior management
- Ability to provide technical leadership and professional guidance to managers, team, and vendors
- Knowledge of client side and service side Scripting
- Effective communication in a matrixed environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality.
- 2-3 years of call center/case management experience.
- Ability to speak Fluently in Dari, Farsi or Pashto (preferred)
- Experience handling highly confidential information is highly preferred.
- Experience and certification in ServiceNow application development preferred
