Seneca Holdings is seeking a Project Control Specialist. The Project Control Specialist will assist the Team with various Project Control functions to include:

Seneca Holdings is seeking a Project Control Specialist. The Project Control Specialist will assist the Team with various Project Control functions to include:
- Prepare detailed Project Setup Requests in accordance with contract awards and internal Project Control processes.
- Prepare Billing Requests, monitor unbilled costs, and compile back-up documentation.
- Enter Purchase Orders in Costpoint as required.
- Track various project and cost data as needed.
- Maintain project files to include contracts, project setup files, billing requests, purchase orders and all other relevant documentation.
- Other duties or special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business disciplines
- 1 - 3 years of professional experience in a budgeting, finance, or project control related field
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications with emphasis on MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be highly organized, detail oriented, motivated, and able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
