What are the responsibilities and job description for the Court Administrator position at Seneca Nation of Indians?
The Court Administrator is responsible for assisting in the development, oversight, and daily administration of the Seneca Nation Courts. Daily administration duties include, but are not limited to, reviewing, and preparing budgets, submitting case management reports and statistics as may be requested, submitting purchasing requests for court supplies, overseeing the efficiency of court operations including the duties of the court clerks and assists in court clerk training when requested. The Court Administrator reports to the Seneca Nation Judicial Conference, Seneca Nation Administration and Council. These duties are subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a relevant field (para-legal, legal assistant, legal studies, pre-law) with 3-5 years of relatable experience, with 3 years in a management position
