Lighthouse Pointe Village, a vibrant independent living community, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team! In this multifaceted role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents. You will also contribute to a positive dining experience by assisting in the dining room during meal times.
What You'll Do:
- Housekeeping Duties:
- Clean and sanitize resident apartments on a regular basis, following established procedures.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean bathrooms and kitchens.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Replenish supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Ensure all cleaning products and equipment are used safely and properly.
- Dining Room Service:
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables for meals.
- Serve residents their meals efficiently and courteously.
- Replenish food and beverage items during meal service.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality cleaning standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (a plus, depending on company policy).
- Respect for resident privacy and confidentiality.
