Seneca Place, a vibrant senior living community in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a FT Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our fun-loving team!
Schedule available : M-F 9am-5pm, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
In this role, you will :
- Plan, develop, and implement a variety of engaging activities and programs for residents, tailored to their interests and abilities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive social environment through activities that promote socialization, physical and mental well-being, and lifelong learning.
- Lead activities such as games, arts and crafts, exercise classes, musical programs, and educational workshops.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure activities are appropriate for residents' individual needs and preferences.
- Build relationships with residents, getting to know them on a personal level and creating a sense of community.
- Document resident participation and program outcomes.
