We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented individual to join our team and provide exceptional support to our residents and guests. Key Responsibilities :
Resident Support :
Assist residents with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Provide information about community amenities, activities, and services.
Assist with wayfinding and directions within the community.
Offer assistance with light errands or package delivery as needed.
Guest Services :
Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
Assist with guest check-in and registration.
Provide information about community amenities and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Administrative Support :
Maintain accurate records of guest stays and resident requests.
Assist with general office duties as needed, such as answering phones, sorting mail, and maintaining the cleanliness of the concierge desk.
Community Engagement :
Participate in and support community events and activities.
Build positive relationships with residents and guests.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to assist others.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
Prior experience in a senior living community a plus.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
