Job Responsibilities:
The Materials Coordinator will serve as an integral member of the Supply Chain team with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:
Warehouses
- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by maintaining security procedures
- Responsible for the daily operations at the Kane warehouse as well as assisting at other warehouse locations as needed
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure that warehouse inventory is accurately tracked, posted to general ledger, and assist/analyze any discrepancies
- Assist with optimizing the warehouse layouts which also, incudes maintaining the physical condition and housekeeping
- Work with Supervisor, Asset Management to develop an annual warehouse budget
- Perform physical yearly counts as well as daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts as necessary and coordinate stocking location counts with Accounting and Audit
- Issue inventory reports on a monthly basis
Fleet Vehicles
- Oversee the maintenance of pool vehicles at assigned locations
- Perform inspection of pool vehicles at assigned locations
- Assists with maintaining the vehicle reservation and tracking system within a Third-Party Fleet Management system
- Issue pool vehicle reports on a quarterly basis
Other
- Active role in maintaining the inventory management and barcoding system
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies
- Continuous evaluation of opportunities to improve all warehouse operations including freight
- Work with other team members to analyze stocking levels to establish the optimum levels and facilitate the disposition of slow or obsolete inventory with stakeholders
- Coordinate the flow of materials with operations based on their schedule
- Work directly with Suppliers to issue replenishment and non-inventory purchase orders based on operational needs
- Provide updates for material status and open purchase orders, including expediting, tracking, and returns with stakeholders

Comply with Seneca’s EHSQ policies, standards and procedures and demonstrate active and regular involvement in EHSQ programs
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Warehouse Management
- High School diploma
- Fundamental understanding of the procurement, inventory and accounting processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required
- Ability to plan and achieve results while effectively managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills
- Oil and gas exploration and production Industry work experience is a plus
