Role: Administrative Associate/Customer Service Representative

Position Description:
- Proficient in the use of a PC in a Windows environment and the Internet.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Keyboarding/typing speed of at least 40 WPM and 10-key skill.
- Skilled in customer service techniques, including conflict de-escalation and resolution.
Abilities:
- Ability to clear a comprehensive background and clearance process, including:
- Arizona tax compliance verification.
- Criminal background check through the FBI via Level One Fingerprint Clearance through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while also participating collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information and ensure appropriate sharing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including:
- Collecting and analyzing relevant data.
- Identifying probable causes and logical outcomes.
- Developing and implementing effective solutions.
- Ability to learn and apply LEAN concepts, principles, and tools.

Selective Preferences:
- 1 years of experience working in a high-production environment.
- Previous experience with Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, and/or LEAN methodologies.
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal, written, and active listening skills.
- Strong mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and averages.
- Effective interpersonal, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in:
- Windows-based PC environments.
- MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Google Suite applications (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Keyboarding/typing speed of at least 40 WPM and 10-key proficiency.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Familiarity with generally accepted accounting practices (GAAP) related to cash handling
