Job Title: Mobile Device SME JAMF/Endpoint
Location: Alpharetta, Georgia (On-site preferred)

Overview:
We are seeking a Mobile Device Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hands-on expertise in JAMF and Endpoint management to lead a critical iPhone roll-out project. This role is a replacement for a current contractor and will be central to our mobile device strategy, especially in supporting Apple device configurations and customer-ready deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage JAMF installations, configurations, and integrations for Apple mobile devices.

• Oversee the rollout of pre-configured iPhones shipped directly to end users.

• Manage and support endpoint security and compliance, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to phase out Microsoft Intune and transition to JAMF-based management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mobile device issues, ensuring a seamless experience for end users.

• Provide documentation and training to support teams as needed.

Top Required Skills:

• Expert-level experience with JAMF (installation, configuration, deployment)

• Strong background in Endpoint management (mobile and general)

• Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Software, particularly iOS/iPhone environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience transitioning environments from Intune to JAMF

• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and zero-touch deployment

• Prior experience managing large-scale iOS deployments

Notes:

• This is an urgent backfill due to underperformance of a previous contractor.

• The ideal candidate will be proactive, technically sharp, and capable of driving mobile projects with minimal oversight.
