POSITION: Project/Administrative Assistant
LOCATION: Roanoke, VA
PAY: $17-$22/hr depending on experience
SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant position provides administrative, client, and facility support to the regional Engineering organization. Working under the direct supervision of the Regional leadership, this position takes the lead responsibility to ensure the day to day office operations are organized and functional.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Input information accurately from a variety of sources into computer database.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including but not limited to mailing, scanning, and copying.
- Review incoming and outgoing data for completeness and correctness.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Ability to meet established deadlines and deliver requested information in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 Year(s) Experience in administrative support
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Required computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
- Required knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
- Required knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.
- Preferred knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
- Self-Motivated and able to work independently.
- Team and customer orientated.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and provide leadership to other team members.
Salary : $17 - $22
