Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair HVAC equipment to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment
- Monitor and adjust building automation systems
- Perform general type corrective maintenance work requests
- Assist other skilled employees with projects as requested
- Communicate effectively with Site Managers to determine service needs
- Supervise client sub-contractors as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience in facilities/HVAC maintenance
- Valid US driver's license
- Able to obtain Secret Security Clearance (current clearance is a plus)
- EPA-approved CFC certification (Journeymen license preferred)
