Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and forward-thinking Business Strategy Analyst to help shape and execute innovative initiatives that enhance business performance and member experience. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and drive the implementation of member-focused strategies. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations that support long-term strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead innovation and strategic planning initiatives to continuously enhance the member experience.
- Develop and evaluate solutions that are desirable, viable, and sustainable—aligned with both business needs and market demands.
- Conduct competitive and market trend analysis to uncover business gaps and growth opportunities.
- Define and track performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives and identify areas for enhancement.
- Assess the feasibility of new partnerships and business ventures, identifying associated risks and impacts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business needs with strategic objectives.
- Synthesize findings and insights into clear, actionable strategy recommendations for senior leadership.
- Deliver engaging presentations and strategy updates to management and executives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, market developments, and regulatory changes.
- Drive alignment and execution of strategy roadmaps across cross-functional teams.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, IT, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Extensive experience in business strategy development and implementation within complex organizations.
- Advanced knowledge of financial services, industry trends, and regulatory environment.
- Strong ability to apply innovative thinking to business challenges and decision-making.
- Expert-level skills in analysis, problem-solving, and strategic insight development.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
- Proficiency in identifying value drivers and translating data into business recommendations.
- Ability to lead with tact, influence without authority, and build consensus across teams.
- Strong presentation skills for both virtual and in-person audiences.
- Adaptive, collaborative, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
