Commercial Property Technician

Job Summary:

Seneca Resources is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our commercial properties and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures;
• Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures;
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements;
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives;
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices;

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in a relevant field preferred;
• 2-5 years of mechanical experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience;
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary certifications and licenses;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work independently and as part of a team;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other business software;
