Job Title : Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tech
Location : Eagan, MN
W2 Pay Rate : 25 / hr
Work Schedule & Location
- Currently hybrid (3 days on-site until June 9, then 4 days on-site).
- Eventually full-time on-site (Eagan, MN).
- Shift : 11 PM – 7 AM CT, including weekends (days off TBD).
- First 2 weeks : Training on a daytime shift (Monday-Friday).
Job Responsibilities
Requirements
High school diploma 5 years IT experience OR Bachelor’s degree 1 year IT experience.
Experience with help desk or incident management .
Knowledge of networking, Linux, and Windows .
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder (Public Trust Clearance required).
Must have lived in the US for the last 5 years (with limited travel outside).
