Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Professional to join our team at Seneca Resources. As an HVAC technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with building systems
- Repair and replace equipment as needed
- Monitor and adjust building automation systems
- Collaborate with Site Managers to determine service needs
- Supervise client sub-contractors as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience in facilities/HVAC maintenance
- Valid US driver's license
- Able to obtain Secret Security Clearance (current clearance is a plus)
- EPA-approved CFC certification (Journeymen license preferred)
