Lead Cloud Developer – Consumer Goods (Altria)
Location : Remote. But will require quarterly travel to Altria Headquarters.
FULL-TIME Role
The Lead Cloud Developer at Altria is a senior-level technical role that focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions within Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CG Cloud) . This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive Salesforce-based innovations in the Consumer Goods sector.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Customization
Build, configure, and customize Salesforce applications, particularly within Consumer Goods Cloud .
- Develop scalable and maintainable solutions, including custom applications, workflows, APIs, and integrations .
- Ensure best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools .
Technical Leadership & Team Guidance
Lead a team of developers, providing technical direction, mentoring, and code reviews .
Retail Execution & Mobile Experience
Work with Consumer Goods Cloud's Retail Execution features, such as store visits, order capture, and route optimization .
Problem Solving & Business Alignment
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and propose technical solutions .
Communication & Cross-Team Collaboration
Act as a bridge between developers, business teams, and leadership .
